Sole Sister Marathon Training
The Sole Sisters are a large group of women (and some men aka Misters) that meet weekly thoughout marathon seasons for long training runs. This weekend was our kickoff training run for the Hartford, Chicago, Marine Corps marathons. We had approximately 20 women in attendance with lots of food, mimosas, and of course Clif Bars :) Half of the group ran with their battle wounds from last weekends Warrior Dash including large bruises in multiple sections of the body and we had one sister that ended up with a broken hand!
